I know that, like me, you like to stay stylish to the bone. Here’s one more fab gadget to add to your list of stylish accessories, the fabulous Armani Phone. The following is excerpted from Fashion Inc.:

The Giorgio Armani show in about an hour is the first big show of Milan fashion week. Just to make sure all the press is his tomorrow, he also announced his new phone and partnership with Samsung. I wrote back in July that the phone was coming (touch screen and black so comparisons with iPhone and Prada phone are probably also coming) and predicted that we’ll see a whole range of Armani electronics soon. Today he’s announced they’re also offering a LCD television and, soon, a whole line of consumer electronics. Rumor has it that Samsung went first to Prada, but since they don’t have a home furnishings line, they thought it was not the right fit. Prada executives suggested Armani, since he’s got Armani Casa already.

I was aware of the Dolce and Gabbana phone by Motorola and the Prada phone by LG, but I wasn’t convinced it was post-worthy until Armani joined the crew. Next thing you know, Chanel will have a pink scented one that emits No. 5 when it rings. Cavalli will jump in with a celly with a loud obnoxious ring and a cheetah print cover. Tiffany will have a special baby blue phone that only works for those who have a net worth over $1 million …

They still can’t top the iPhone (*smh* as I rue over the sale of my Apple stock last year–I could have paid my son’s private school tuition with the profits…)…
