For years, we have proudly worn t-shirts that read “Eat my shorts,” “Make love, not war,” “I’m too Sexy for this Shirt,” yadda, yadda, yadda. It seems that in the past few years, the celeb crowd has jumped in on the action. Isn’t it enough that they wear the top designer attire–why must they take this from us ol’ normal joes too?
Anyways, I saw a really cute T-shirt on Vanessa Hudgens, star of contagious hits High School Musical 1 and 2 (yes, I saw both–with nary a kid in tow—they are rather engaging and amusing!). If I had a daughter, I would suggest this casual loosely fitted tee with skinny jeans and thong sandals. Gadzooks, if I had a daughter….I probably wouldn’t have time to write this…if she were like me, I would be going coco for cocoa puffs right about now...anyways, I digress.
Vanessa’s Lux “Peace Now” T-shirt can be found at Urban Outfitters. Similar skinny jeans can literally be found anywhere that sells denim at this point. I think that the skinny jean look will not fade anytime soon….
Here’s a pre-bump Halle Berry wearing a “Barack for Change” message tee. This is basically my way of endorsing Barack Obama, but it fit nicely into today’s post.

If you would rather personalize your own shirts, there are loads of places that will customize your tees. I remember the custom velvet lettering on T-shirts back in elementary and middle school…if you didn’t have a customized T-shirt with your name/nickname on it, your name may as well have been mud….
Anyways, here are two sites that will do the do for you, but just Google the ‘Net for more sites:
Choice Shirts: put any message you want
Spam Shirts: really neat way to put spam messages on shirts
Take the T-shirt off of your back….and put a message on it!
Have a fab day and keep it strictly stylish!

Thanks for this article, it’s real great t-shirt.
