Ladies, although we think that the Spring Trends may be the hottest looks around, guess what the guys are saying behind our backs…
Apparently, according to a poll in US Weekly (of course, such a highly reputable and respected polling organization), some trends are not as hot as we think. Here goes:
- Short Hairdos: NOT
- Maxi dresses: HOT
- Jumpsuits: NOT
- Colored Denim: NOT
- Boy vests: HOT
- Neon Platforms: HOT
- Velvet Headbands: NOT
- Motorcycle Jackets: NOT
Okay, let’s discuss this shall we? For one, men need to understand that we do not primarily dress for them–our goal is to have the majority of other women that we meet hate us because of how gorgeous we look all pulled together. For two, who informed US Weekly that colored denim, boy vests, velvet headbands, and motorcycle jackets were hot for the Spring? The fashion staff must be enamored by the Mary Kate Ashley Olsen machine for those picks. And lastly, what man doesn’t like neon platform stilettos? All of the other trends (short ‘dos, jumpsuits, and maxi dresses) can be only be assessed on how well the wearer is wearing it. If you have a hot style swagger, you can virtually pull off any look….
