One of the biggest parties of the fashion world, the Costume Institute’s Party, was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC a few nights ago. According to Style.com:
Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour, who co-hosted the gala with Giorgio Armani, Julia Roberts, and George Clooney, set the tone in a space-age Chanel couture bolero and gown, modeled after the X-Men‘s Storm.
Check out Ms. Wintour herself:
Here are my favorite looks of the night:
Jonathan Rhys Meyers and his love, Reena Hammer, both in Balenciaga.
And in the why-oh-why file:
Venus Williams, in Carolina Herrera and Fred Leighton jewels, with Vogue‘s André Leon Talley, in Giorgio Armani with a Chanel cape.

Have a strictly fab day!

Anna Wintour and Andre Leon Talley – what can I really say except they are the editorial voice when it comes to fashion. YET, what I will say is that damn cape looks like it should have been laid across the floor as an extension of the red carpet=/
Anna Wintours dress is interesting to look at when you tilt your head to the side (love the rams horns and all) yet I m not a fan.
