Baby Bulge Begone: Victoria’s Secret Edition featuring Heidi Klum

In honor of all mothers getting back into pre-baby shape (myself included), here’s some inspiration.  We all have some the almost unbelievable transformation of Heidi Klum two months post-baby walking down the Victoria’s Secret runway.

Her fellow Angel, Alessandra Ambrosia, had to go through a similar transformation.  From the NY Daily News:

Victoria’s Secret‘s supermodel mommies don’t have superhuman genes to thank for their tight and toned post-baby bodies – just super men … their trainers.

“We worked out every day. We didn’t have a day off because time was so short,” says Leandro Carvalho, New York-based trainer for the newest VS mommy Alessandra Ambrosio.

The 27-year-old Brazilian bombshell strutted her stuff at the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show last Saturday with a rock-hard body most women would kill for.

Mind you, Ambrosio gave birth to her daughter Anja less than three months before, leaving her little time to get back to her usual sexy shape.

The stunner was even more pressed for time to firm up her abdominals because she’d had a Cesarean section.

“She was limited in the beginning,” Carvalho said. “She could not do crunches, sit-ups, lunges.”

    Heidi’s recovery was eased by NOT having had a surgical delivery , it seems!
