Beyonce was one of the glitterati amongst the elitists as they descended upon DC.  She paid tribute to the legendary Barbra Streisand with a Beyonce-licious version of “The Way We Were.”  Way to perform in style, Bey!   Her updo and formal Zuhair Murad gown reminds of her role as Etta James in the upcoming film, “Cadillac Records.”  Hmm, methinks that this is really good promo…..
