Okay–so you have a gazillion holiday parties in which to indulge, but you have a squeezingly tight budget….and you need at least one dress that you can rock without going into major holiday debt. Voila! I have a solution for you—you can thank me later….
Target (or Tar-jay as we seasoned budget fashionistas call it) has a great dress by Mossimo to rock as a holiday frock. Put on this midnight blue dress (details:ruffled bib and cap sleeves), add some accessories, some tights (I’m thinking patterned black), and some fierce platform pumps (still thinking black) and you’re good to go! If it is a very casual function, you could even slap on a skinny belt, a short waisted jacket (I’m think brown leather), and some slouched ankle boots (still thinking brown leather)…and you should be the belle of the ball.
