Since I meet many celebrities at various events, I have to make sure to keep my cool at all times…even when I meet my idols. Here a re a few hints to make sure you keep your cool when meeting your favorite celebs:
- Be calm and cool. No sloppy kisses or hugs. Extend your hand for a handshake. Shake hands and introduce yourself.
- Celebrities are normal people who meet fans all of the time. They have simply chosen a career that puts them into the spotlight. They enjoy normal conversation like the rest of us.
- If you are trying to make a business connection, make sure it is made in the right atmosphere. It is extremely difficult to explain a business proposal while at a wild party where the alcohol is freely flowing..
- If the celeb asks you for your information, stay calm and collected. Refer back to #1.
