If you are a Target, i.e. Tar-jay, stan like I am, you are always on the prowl for a steal and a deal.  I absolutely loved it when they started introducing designer lines.  This summer, Tracy Feith will be showcasing a collection of pretty frocks and jumpers.  Be sure to get be at your nearby Target on May 17th to grab some goodies.  Grab them expeditiously—the fabfest ends on June 27th.    Here are some looks (plus the designer himself–he’s a cutie!)
