So, if you’ve noticed, I haven’t posted the pics from every show that strolled down the runways during Spring 2010 NYC Fashion Week. I am only showcasing my fave designers. for full coverage check Style.com.

Catherine Malandrino’s collection can best be described as “nomadic.” Inspired by the the Nuba of Sudan, the Berbers of North Africa, the Cashibo of Peru, and the Samoans of Polynesia, the designs were filled with tribal designs, exotic beading, bolero jackets, harem pants, and jersey jumpsuits. A bit much for me…Iave more of a modern look and could use a piece or two as a statement piece…but I doubt that I would ever wear all of the tribes on one palette.
