Beyonce Knowles (Carter) has filmed promos for “Style Savvy” a Nintendo DS game for fashionistas/stylistas she’s helping promote. A fashion themed video game? Finally! A video game I can relate to!

And apparently Bey can too. The 28 year old, who is not just a performer but a up and coming fashion icon in her own right, was quoted by USA Today as saying that she’s excited to make kids think about business and the fashion industry.

“It can teach young girls a sense of business and of responsibility,” B said. “You have to be a good listener and pay attention to what the customers want. It also teaches you about fashion, using terms that fashion people use, like ‘asymmetrical. ”
“Style Savvy is all about creativity and fashion, both of which are really important to me,” says Beyoncé. “I love that I get to become a stylist and take over my own boutique, and it’s so much fun to see some of my Deréon designs added to the mix.” -End Quote.

Another way to get my fashion fix? I will be at Game Stop tomorrow. Also,  “Style Savvy” allows for multiple players, so I can get all my fashionista friend hooked too. Oh!! BTW…peep Bey’s killer heels in the ad…*sigh*…so Strictly Fab.
