As a mother of four, I can freely admit that I have a baby pooch—you know, that little pouch of jiggly fat below your navel and above your sweet spot? It ususally only occurs after childbirth, but anyone can develop pooch fat with a little happy overeating. I have a special place in a my heart for my fellow pooch mamas—and some advice for you to hide that pooch!
Jennifer Garner, a certified Rockstar mom, shares her special advice about hiding a baby pooch–she admitted that after the birth of her last child, she had to wear TWO girdles and double-Spanx her way into a flat tummy. She explains:
I usually feel like, “No matter how girdles you put me in, you will not be able to zip this.” They always say to you — as though it’s something that should make you happy — “This is fresh from the runway.” But what I think is, That was made for some 14-year-old girl from Russia! It was not made to go on my body.
Although most of us would never fit into a size double zero after birth, it is a relief to know that even celebrities have to double Spanx it up just to look normal. Althouth I certainly did not need the validation or authority of a celeb mom to wear 2 girdles, those of you who take celebrity cues should relish this advice. Take this tip and run with it ladies!
Keep it strictly fab!
