Since I’m 7 months preggers, I really have to watch my eating habits. I’m much more prone now to eat ANYTHING that tickles my fancy–whether I’m hungry or not–and this could wreak havoc on my growing body–and baby. I still have to maintain a healthy balance of carbs, fats, proteins, veggies, fruit, and my daily dose of recommended vitamins. To curb my seemingly overwhelming sweet tooth, I invest in fruits by the gazillion.: strawberries, cherries, apples, peaches, pears, mango–anything with a punch that will defy my urge to by Reese’s Pieces and Snicker bars.
