Week 2: I noticed that my rough times are 8pm and after. I love to snack on sweets and eat extra protein. Why–I haven’t figured that out yet. But I have managed to lose 3 more lbs this week by working out daily by being inspired by Coach Bob Harper and the other ladies who are doing the challenge with me. 6 lbs gone! Now only 24 to go….
